Druse Quartz Pendant/Pin with a Tahitian Black Pearl and Diamonds

Patrick Murphy 14K Yellow Gold Pin/Enhancer Pendant.  This wide marquise-shaped Dieter Lorenz hand-carved Druse Onyx has a V-shape center with a line of Druse crystals, and a gold bar through the center. The Onyx is set in a full baroque highly polished bezel.  Opposite the onyx is a lightly textured with sandblasted finish marquis-shaped piece of 14K Yellow gold.  A 9mm cultured Black Tahitian Pearl is peg set in the center.  Three Diamonds are tube set along the top of the gold piece, with a larger Diamond tube set Diamond at the bottom. The pin has a handmade slide-on pendant enhancer adapter.
